Welcome! Bienvenides!

Culturally Responsive Practices focus on in-person and remote bilingual (Spanish and English) training and education around intersectionality and positionality. It is an invitation to weave our cultural stories and social identities through self-reflection and collective thinking. Whether you are a member of an organization, a non-profit, a clinical practice, or a school, we all want to feel seen, safe, and understood.

We all deserve belonging.

We believe that we can improve our practices by stretching (cognitive flexibility) and relating (cultural humility). We will challenge our mindsets with curiosity, kindness, and dignity. We will foster community and belonging by helping others around us to do the same.

We will not be alone in this journey of self-discovery and growth.
